By accessing or using ProfitOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Use of Service

ProfitOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your internal business operations, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Beta Program Terms

ProfitOS is currently offered as a private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Beta access may be limited, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

4. Payment & Billing

Beta participants will be notified of any pricing terms before being charged. Founding pricing offered during the beta period will be honored for the duration described at signup.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProfitOS provides operational insights to support decision-making but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

You may stop using ProfitOS and disconnect your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
